Meet the Characters
The lover who walked away with a fortune, the amnesiac who forgot only him and fell for him again, and the sister who cut the chains.
Eugene
The lover who walked away — the one Liam forgot, who took the hush money and left, only to be pulled back.
Curly brown hair, freckles, a gray hoodie and sneakers. Eugene once chased Liam like crazy, but after the accident and the chains he took the money and ran. He only wants a normal life and his old dorm back.
He tells the doctor he is done: 'Break up. I have amnesia. Take the money and leave.' He blocks Liam fast enough not to be clung to: 'If I block him fast enough, he won't be able to cling to me. Never again.' Yet when Liam asks for three months, Eugene realizes the act may not be an act — and that he has, against everything, been pulled back in.
Liam
The amnesiac who forgot only Eugene — possessive, empty of their past, and already deciding he wants him again.
Dark hair, sharp jaw, a black turtleneck and cold stare. Liam wakes up after the accident with no memory of Eugene, but his body remembers the wanting. He offers money, three months, and a lock on the door.
He offers the deal like a verdict: 'Take the money and get out. I never want to see you again.' Then he reverses himself: 'Be my boyfriend. I felt for you at first sight.' When Eugene resists he gives three months: 'If you still don't have feelings for me by then, I'll let you go.' The final twist is that the amnesia may never have been real at all.
Violet
The sister — the one who cut Eugene's chains, handed him the hush money, and asks whether her brother's amnesia is real.
Sleek ponytail, a beige fur coat and gold jewelry. Violet is Liam's sister, the practical one who stepped in to cut Eugene loose from the chains and settle the account.
She finds Eugene chained in the apartment and asks, 'How do you open these chains? I'm here to save you.' Later she presses the doctor: 'Dr Joe, I'm asking you one last time, is my brother's amnesia real or is he faking it?' She is the one who suspects the whole second imprisonment was Liam's plan from the start.
When Two Worlds Collide
He forgot only him, then fell for him at first sight all over again. The same chains, tighter. This time there is no escape.
The opening is a chains and a rescue. Liam has just woken from a car accident with amnesia, and the only person he does not remember is Eugene. His sister Violet finds Eugene chained in the apartment: 'How do you open these chains? I'm here to save you.' She hands him a fortune and tells him to take the money and leave. Eugene, who once chased Liam like crazy, finally lets go: 'If I block him fast enough, he won't be able to cling to me. Never again.'
But the escape does not last. Liam, who remembers nothing, looks at Eugene and decides he wants him anyway: 'Be my boyfriend. I felt for you at first sight.' Eugene is bewildered — the man who forgot him is already possessive. Liam finds the key where it was hidden and proposes a deal: three months. 'If you still don't have feelings for me by then, I'll let you go and you can keep the money.'
The second imprisonment closes in. Eugene realizes Liam somehow knows the exact sum in his account, and Violet begins to suspect the accident never wiped anything. When she presses the doctor, the truth surfaces: the amnesia may be an act. Liam finally admits why: 'The moment I woke up, I was scared I'd lost you because of my actions. That's why I pretended.' The chains are back, tighter, and this time Liam has no intention of letting him walk.

What Viewers Are Actually Saying
What viewers keep saying about the amnesia-reunion arc.
What viewers keep saying: they came for the 'he forgot only me, then fell for me again' hook and stayed because the second imprisonment is clearly a choice, not an accident. The line 'be my boyfriend, I felt for you at first sight' is being clipped as the most obsessive moment of the batch, and the comment section is split between yelling at Liam for faking the amnesia and yelling at Eugene for being pulled back in so fast.
Why Worth Your Time
Three reasons this one is worth your time.
A hook that twists on purpose: the amnesia is not random — Liam forgot only Eugene, and the slow reveal that the whole thing was an act turns a rescue story into a deliberate second capture.
A love interest who wants him twice: Liam forgot their history yet decided on sight that Eugene is his. The possessiveness is not softened by the amnesia, it is reset and aimed at him again.
A sister who sees through it: Violet cuts Eugene loose, hands him the money, and is the one pressing the doctor for the truth. The side character is the detective of the story.

Is this the complete series or a teaser?
It is the complete short drama. The opening episodes cover the rescue, the second first sight, and the deal, and the story continues well beyond them.
He forgot only me, gave me a fortune to leave, then decided he wanted me at first sight anyway. The second chains are tighter and I am unwell.
Violet finding Eugene chained in the apartment and cutting him loose is the coldest rescue. Then he gets dragged right back. No notes.
'Is he faking it?' — the reveal that the amnesia was an act turns this from a breakup story into a planned second imprisonment. Obsessive and I love it.
Liam offering three months and telling him he can keep the money is the most controlled way to trap someone. The man never let go.
Amnesia + possessive reunion + a lover who tries to leave and cannot. The premise commits harder than any short drama I have watched this month.
